The process, step by step
- Vacuuming. Dry dirt is removed from the fabric with a powerful vacuum — otherwise wet treatment turns it into mud.
- Stain pre-treatment. Coffee, grease, juice, sweat — each stain type gets its own product, left to work for a few minutes.
- Extraction. The machine sprays warm solution into the fabric and immediately draws it back. You'll see the dirty water in the tank.
- Odour and drying. Odour neutraliser if needed. Then the pile is brushed so it dries in one direction.

Which fabrics?
Velour, chenille, jacquard, microfibre, linen and blends respond well to extraction. Natural silk and some viscose fabrics are sensitive to water — for those we use a dry method or spot cleaning only. Genuine leather gets a separate cleaner and conditioning cream.
What should you know in advance?
Old stains whose colour has already soaked into the fabric (ink, hair dye, blood) may not come out completely. We tell you this before we start and don't overpromise.
FAQ
Do you clean carpets at home?
Yes, we clean fitted and laid carpets in place. Very thick or deep-pile carpets take longer to dry.
Will the smell come out of the sofa?
Sweat, food and pet odours come out in most cases. If the smell has soaked into the foam under the fabric, a faint trace may last a few days.
How many people come?
Usually 1–2 cleaners. For large orders we add people so the job fits into one day.
